Elenita Heights Phase 3: Soon to Open!

As most of you who have inquired about this low-cost housing in Upper Catalunan Grande know, Elenita Heights Phases 1 and 2 are already full - all the houses are sold/taken. But don't fret! Elenita Heights Phase 3 will be opened for reservation soon. It will probably be opened for reservation in September/October 2010.

To those of you who have e-mailed and inquired about the opening of phase 3, we have saved your contact details so you can expect an e-mail or a text message from us as soon as updates are available.

Also note that in phase 3, as with phases 1 and 2, the construction of the buyer's house will be started as soon as he/she has completed all the necessary documents. Just like other low-cost subdivisions, wala po ready for occupancy houses na low-cost. Itatayo pa po ang house once the buyer has completed the requirements.
