I'm amazed by how fast the lots at Grace Park Subdivision are being sold. The model houses are not even finished yet but half of the lots of the whole subdivision are already reserved/taken. I know why this is so. It's the nearest low-cost housing to the city, that's why. Conveniently located in Matina Pangi, this low-cost subdivision offers affordable house and lot packages you can choose from. Moreover, the houses here can also be availed thru Pag-ibig financing. Most of the people who availed the house and lot packages at Grace Park, as far as I know, are OFWs - our fellowmen who have worked very hard abroad to give their families materially wholesome and comfortable lives.
